With our Slack webhook integration, you can get notified when a prospect interacts with your Connect integration. It's takes 1 minute to setup, just follow the steps below.
Navigate to Slack's webhook app page, found here.
Click
Add to SlackSelect (or create a dedicated new channel) the specific channel where you want the Connect notifications to go. We recommend adding it to the same channel other sales notifications flow into.
Click Add Incoming WebHooks integration
Copy Webhook URL from the Slack App Directory Page
6. Go to your Commsor Connect settings and paste the Webhook URL into the Slack notifications box.
Once this is done, you'll start to receive notifications both when someone interacts with your widget and when they reach out to one of your customers, as seen below.
