Update your settings to customize your branding, personalization, notifications, and placement of your Connect widget.

Settings is where you can manage your Connect widget settings, including:

  • Enabling it to appear on your website

  • Color

  • Custom link for users if they won't find a match in network

  • Custom link on the thank you page

  • Slack notifications

  • Embed code

To get to settings, click Connect on your lefthand menu, then Settings.

Then adjust your settings as desired. Breakdown below.

Upload Image

This is the image that people will see representing the widget on your website. Upload it, recommended size is 250px x 250px.

Enabled

Click the toggle on/off depending on whether you want it to appear. If it's off, it will not appear on your website.

Background Color/Button Color

Copy & paste your hex codes for desired colors in here, usually the ones that are your brand colors.

Custom Link

This is the custom link call to action that users will see if they don't have a match in their network. We highly recommend using this you can nurture them further, such as to talk to sales.

Custom Link for thank you page

These custom links will further nurture your users once they've completed their matches in Connect. Use it to drive them to talk to sales, engage further with your content, connect on social, etc.

Slack Notifications

You can set up Slack notifications via webhook, which will enable your team to get alerts about Connect within your Slack workspace. To learn more about setting that up, check out our article How to Set Up Slack Notifications in for Commsor Connect.

Once you have the url, copy and paste it into these settings.

Embed Code

We generate an HTML code for your team. For any pages you want your floating Connect banner to appear, place this code in your HTML of those pages.
