Step-by-step tutorial

  1. Open Bronto and Access Integrations:

    • Open Bronto and log in to your account.

    • On the lower left-hand side of the screen, locate the "Integration" button and click on it. This will take you to the integrations section.

  2. View Existing Integrations and App Directory:

    • In the integrations section, you will see a list of any existing connections you have set up.

    • Additionally, you will see an "App Directory" where you can add new integrations.

  3. Add a Google Account:

    • To set up a Google integration, click on the "Add Google Account" button in the App Directory.

  4. Sign in with Google:

    • After clicking the "Add Google Account" button, a "Sign in with Google" account chooser screen will appear.

    • Choose your work email associated with your Gmail account.

  5. Confirm Permissions:

    • You will see a screen that confirms the permissions and access levels the integration will require.

    • Take a moment to review these permissions and make sure they align with your expectations.

  6. Grant Permission:

    • If the permissions look correct, click the "Allow" button to grant Bronto access to your Google account.

  7. Wait for Data Import:

    • Bronto will now begin importing all the initial data from the Google integration.

    • This process may take some time, depending on the size of your network and the data being imported.

  8. Access Imported Data:

    • Once the import process is complete, you will find all your contacts that you've emailed and those who have been on a Google calendar with you, now available in Bronto.

  9. Curate and Grow Your Network:

    • You can now start managing and growing your personal network within Bronto, using the imported data from your Google account.
