Team Members

When introducing your team members to Connect, you'll want to let them know some critical things:

  1. Connect will help your prospects' gain trust during the buying process

  2. Connect will engage current customers with current prospects

  3. It will ultimately lead to more and better deals closing more quickly

Marketing

Since Connect will be displayed on the website, it's likely you'll want to collaborate with your marketing team.

Here's how our customers have described Connect to their marketing teams, as well as how marketers have described it:

Connect is like personalized testimonials, if those testimonials were from people you actually trusted.

Connect lives as a small widget on our website, ideally on a demo page or other landing page where our prospects frequently land. Prospects click on it, connect their LinkedIn, then view our most relevant customers. From there, they're able to set up quick conversations to determine if we're the right solution for them.

As a marketer, Connect has helped us connect leads to customers before we even knew they were ready to buy - and before they were ready to talk to the sales team.

They will want to know how to explain it to prospects and how to intrepret Connect usage as a signal that someone is ready to have a sales conversation.

Describing Connect to your Sales team

Connect allows people to connect to real customers that they themselves know or are connected to, and find out about our product from that trusted source.

It's a widget that lives on our demo page, allowing prospects who might otherwise leave or have uncertainty to talk to real customers that they know through their own networks.

This will help our prospects trust more in our product as well as in our team, making it easier for us to close deals.

Templates for your Sales team to describe to their prospects

Your sales team should surface Connect to relevant prospects, especially if the prospect is showing a lack of trust or uncertainty. Here's some verbiage they can use.

You can talk to customers you already know, or who know the same people you know, by logging onto our website. Just go to [INSERT YOUR LANDING PAGE] and click "Connect" on the [DESCRIBE LOCATION OF WIDGET]. It'll connect you to current users who are within your network.
